A Well-Produced Underrated Effort
With the exception of Despicable Me, Universal Pictures has been pretty lax on the whole computer animated feature film phenomena, leaving the big bucks to be gathered up by rivals Disney, DreamWorks, Sony, and so on. In case you have no idea about how this movie came into being- the film originated in France under the title Les As de la Jungle - Operation banquise back in December of 2011. Universal quietly brought the movie across the pond, slapped an English vocal cast together for a redub and released it as a Direct-to-DVD affair in August of 2012.

Wonderful family movie
I was so surprised how much we enjoyed this movie! The kids loved it and the dialogue is hilarious for the adults! You won't be disappointed.
My kids like it but I'm not a fan
This is the story about a penguin who paints himself like a Tiger and thinks he is a tiger. This kids like it but definitely for younger kids (under 5) because I think any older children would find the story to be less than entertaining. The music is not great either. Don't expect a Disney or Dreamworks type of production...but for whatever reason, my litte ones like to watch it.
