Wonderful DVD with Many Episodes
My 5 year old is a big Cherry Jam fan, so when we saw this, it was a must buy. I don't mind Strawberry Shortcake and friends, because it has good values and the dolls/cartoons are not over-sexualized. This DVD has about four or five episodes--and it has auto-play as well, which is nice if you watch in the car. (We bought it for a 4 hour drive.) The first episode introduces you to Cherry Jam whose "real-life" persona is quite different from the one her PR time projects to the world. Cherry just wants to be treated like a normal girl, not a superstar. Another episode features Raspberry (Ra-Ra-Raspberry) being "discovered" and being offered a chance to be a big time fashion designer in Berry Big City. I can't remember the other episodes, but they're all good.
My daughter (and even her brothers) love this DVD. I don't mind having it on in the background either. The music is cute and upbeat.
Absolutely Adorable Cartoon Animations
The household loves the newer Strawberry Shortcake shows. These shows lighten up an entire room and set a great mood.
We all (of all ages) look forward to every new DVD that comes out with the new Strawberry Shortcake shows. None of us care for the old Strawberry Shortcake at all, but the newer ones are great!
Absolutely satisfied
I bought this dvd for my 3 and a half year old daughter who loves these characters and loves to sing and dsnce. I couldn't have chosen a better one in the series, lots of great songs, awesome rythm. There is a lot of happy singing along going on at my house now.
